Why can’t I withdraw?

You want to withdraw your winnings, and we’re here to help ensure all requirements are met. If your balance is not withdrawable, please check: 

• Is your balance bonus credit? It must be fully wagered before withdrawal is possible. You can check the status under Offers > Activated. 

• Do you have an active promotion? You cannot make a withdrawal with an active offer. You can cancel the offer or complete it. Note that cancelling the promotion will remove all offer credit. 

• Has the deposit been played? Each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal is possible. 

• Your account is not fully verified yet? Click ”Account Verification” to see which documents are missing.

• The selected withdrawal method is not available? Payment methods are automatically removed if they have not been used for 180 days. To reactivate your payment method, make a minimum deposit of 10.00 euros. Then contact us via live chat to unlock the amount.
